Impressed with the simplicity of ACN, Josh flew to his first International Training Event in Anaheim and was immediately won over by the company’s Co-Founders, their vision, work ethic, and integrity. "These men had been in the field – and still were. That impressed me. There are very few company founders in this industry who are still humble enough to be directly accessible by their leadership team in the field. These men thrive on their commitment to a strong vision which goes way past earning a lot of money," he says proudly.
According to Josh, ACN differs from his previous careers in that “you get paid for exactly the amount of time and effort you put into the business - no more, no less. The idea of marketing ‘services’ through the Network Marketing business model rather than a 'physical' product was very exciting,” he says.
"It’s all about residual income,” he continues. “The only residual income one can receive at ACN is based on happy customers paying their phone bills. The main reason for building a representative base is to help in the acquisition of more customers."
"Knowing that everything I do today is setting up a residual income for the future is a good secure feeling.” He goes on to excitedly proclaim “I choose my working hours!! I choose the income I make – and there is no ceiling to potentially what that can be!"
A dedicated focus on customer acquisition has been instrumental in his rise to RVP and will set him up financially for years to come by way of residual income. Via the establishment of a comprehensive nationwide training and support system he has been able to instil into his team the importance of creating ‘calling circles’ and focusing on the significant ACN-2-ACN Calling benefits.
"Most customers are only too happy to lead you to two to five friends and family members who they are in contact with around the country, especially when there is the potential that both will save on their invoice in talking to each other. Those two to five new customers will possibly lead to another two to five customers and so forth - magical potential here,” he explains.
Josh’s best advice for representatives hungry for similar success is to “create a detailed vision of what it is that you want a successful ACN business to provide you and your family and to then make this vision real by putting a time frame on your accomplishment of this with an exact date."
Josh attributes much of his early success in the business to being ‘totally coachable’ and to his willingness to learn from Senior Vice President Brian Sax who he attests "provided me with the finest example of exemplary leadership I have ever experienced."
With representatives such as Josh at the helm, the future of ACN in New Zealand looks to be nothing short of electrifying!
