Before his transition into the commercial world, Elliot studied Movement Therapy for four years in Switzerland before moving to Germany, where he specialised in Addiction Therapy. During this time he worked with addicts of all ages, while training and lecturing on the subject of addiction.
Initial doubts
Elliot was introduced to Network Marketing in 1991 and through his involvement with different companies he was not confident of its potential as a distribution channel or the income opportunity it provided, so, disillusioned with the concept he continued his therapeutic work.
At this point in his life he stood at a professional crossroads not knowing which route to follow, although he was confident that an opportunity would soon present itself.
A sense of purpose and belonging
Within a year, this opportunity presented itself through a former Network Marketing colleague who invited him to attend the first European ACN meeting in London in December 1998. He regards that day as one which changed his life and he immediately felt a sense of purpose and belonging. In that meeting, all the uncertainties he had about Network Marketing as a sales concept and means to support his family were addressed and permanently erased. Elliot embraced the opportunity ACN offered him with enthusiasm and without any misgivings.
Focus on the individual
Elliot’s background as a therapist taught him the importance of inner growth and personal development, which he successfully applied in building his organisation. Elliot has developed a solid downline structure that has acquired a customer base of more than 100,000. The focus on, and investment in, the individual appealed to Elliot, which was previously lacking with the other Network Marketing companies he was involved with. Elliot found that he did not have to compromise his values to achieve RVP status and that his success was achieved through helping others to develop their businesses.
Financial Independence
Through a lot of hard work Elliot has achieved financial independence, and improved the quality of life for himself, his family and his sponsored representatives
