MyCircle Home 59, 79, 89 & 99 Terms and Conditions
MyCircle Home 59, 79, 89 & 99 Plans are available to credit-approved non-business customers who preselect and remain preselected to ACN for their local and long distance calling. Where you are an existing customer and you request a change to or from a MyCircle 59, 79, 89 or 99 Plan we will process your request at the beginning of your next invoicing cycle. A call connection fee of 39¢ applies to all national and international long distance calls and calls to mobiles. All calls are charged in one second increments. The MyCircle Home 59 Plan Fee is $59 per month, MyCircle Home 79 Plan Fee is $79 per month, MyCircle Home 89 Plan Fee is $89 per month and the MyCircle Home 99 Plan Fee is $99 per month. The Plan Fee is applied monthly in advance. You will pay the Plan Fee each month even if you do not make calls to that value. For a part month, you will only pay part of the Plan Fee and you will receive only part of the Plan Value. The Plan Value of the MyCircle Home 59 is up to $59, MyCircle Home 79 is up to $99, MyCircle Home 89 is up to $120 and MyCircle Home 99 is up to $150. The Plan Value includes local calls, national long distance calls and calls to Australian mobiles. Plan Value excludes international calls, directory assistance and operator assisted calls, 1-900, 13 and 1-300 calls, equipment, feature and directory listing charges and any calls made using an over-ride code. Any unused plan value will be forfeited at the end of each month. National long distance calls will be charged at standard rates to a capped maximum charge of $2.00 for the first 30 minutes of the call. Standard rates apply to all minutes of call duration thereafter. Calls to mobile services within Australia will be charged at standard rates to a capped maximum charge of $2.50 for the first 20 minutes of the call. Standard rates apply to all minutes of call duration thereafter. The International Bonus Option is not available with MyCircle Home 59, 79, 89 & 99 Plans.
