Terms and Conditions

A call connection fee of 39¢ applies to all national and international long distance calls and calls to mobiles. All calls are charged in one second increments. The World 30 Plan is available to residential fixed line customers only. Line rental is $29.95 per month. A Plan Fee of $5 per month is charged monthly in advance irrespective of your usage of the service. The Plan Fee includes up to $5 of included direct-dial international calls. Standard rates apply to destinations outside the World 30 headline routes. Calls to mobile numbers in some countries (including headline destinations) will incur a surcharge of 40¢ per minute. National long distance calls will be charged at standard rates to a capped maximum charge of $1.99 for the first 2 hours of the call. Standard rates apply to all minutes of call duration thereafter. Calls to mobile services within Australia will be charged at standard rates to a capped maximum charge of $2 for the first 20 minutes of the call. Standard rates apply to all minutes of call duration thereafter. ACN-2-ACN Calling and the ACN International Bonus Option are not available on the World 30 Plan.
