MyCircle Mobile Terms and Conditions
MyCircle Mobile Cap Plans are available only to new credit approved customers. A 6 month minimum service term applies for all connections to these plans. If you disconnect or switch providers within the minimum service term an Early Exit Fee applies which is $120 for MyCircle Mobile 49, 59, 79 or 89 Caps, and $250 for MyCircle Mobile 149 or 179 Caps. The total minimum cost over 6 months for MyCircle Mobile 49 Cap is $294; MyCircle Mobile 59 Cap - $354; MyCircle Mobile 79 Cap - $474; MyCircle Mobile 89 Cap - $534; MyCircle Mobile 149 Cap - $894; and MyCircle Mobile 179 Cap - $1074. You will pay the minimum monthly spend amount each month even if you do not make calls to that value. For a part month, you will only pay part of the minimum monthly spend and you will also receive only part of the Cap included value. MyCircle Mobile Cap Plans included value excludes some services such as operator assisted (including 124YES) and premium number (e.g.1900) calls, international calls, international MMS, premium and third party SMS. You are not able to view your monthly usage prior to receiving your invoice. Unused Cap included value does not roll over into the following month and is not transferable. Standard rates apply once the Cap included value is exceeded.
*ACN First5 Free – free 5 minute calls to other ACN mobile services on the same ACN account. No charge applies for the first 5 minutes of duration per call, after which the standard per minute call rates of your plan apply. The offer is subject to the ACN First5Free Reasonable Use Policy of up to 1000 free minutes per service per month.
# Optus ‘yes’ Time - free 20 minute calls to mobiles on the Optus GSM network made between 8pm and midnight. Calls must be made and received within Australia between 8pm and midnight. No charge applies for the first 20 minutes of duration per call, after which the standard per minute call rates of your plan apply. ‘yes’ Time is a promotional offer available until December 31, 2008, unless extended. Optus Fair Go policy applies.
