mycircle mini Terms and Conditions
mycircle mini Plans are available only to new credit approved customers. A 6 month minimum service term applies for all connections to these plans. If you disconnect or switch providers within the minimum service term an Early Exit Fee applies which is $90 for MyCircle Mini 19 Plan and $120 for MyCircle Mini 29 Plan. The total minimum cost over 6 months for MyCircle Mini 19 Plan is $114 and MyCircle Mini 29 Cap Plan is $174. The Plan Fee is applied monthly in advance. You will pay the Plan Fee each month even if you do not make calls to that value. For a part month, you will only pay part of the Plan Fee and you will also receive only part of the included value, and part of any free call allowance. MyCircle Mini Plans included value excludes some services such as operator assisted (including 124YES) and premium number (e.g.1900) calls, international MMS, premium and third party SMS. You are not able to view your monthly usage prior to receiving your invoice. Unused plan included value does not roll over into the following month and is not transferable. Standard rates apply once the plan included value is exceeded.
ACN-2-ACN Talk Free Terms and Conditions
Free calls up to 5 minutes in duration to any ACN fixed line or mobile service. No charge applies for the first 5 minutes of duration, after which the standard call rates of your plan apply. Calls must be made and received within Australia. The maximum number of free minutes each month is defined by your plan. Unused minutes each month are forfeited.
